Returns & Exchange
We want you to be pleased with your order. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn or faulty jewellery when returned within 14 days of delivery.
You will be eligible for a refund of the item’s purchase price, excluding shipping costs and packaging fee of £2.50.
Please note we do not offer free return postage on unwanted items, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any duties and taxes owed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is received by us.
Upon approval of the refund, your refund payment will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
