How will I know when my order has been sent?

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

I've received the wrong items in my order

Can I change my order details after it's been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to amend it. However, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are carefully packed in MCE Collections branded boxes and wrapping, making them perfect for gifting.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Email info@mcecollections.com or call +44 7707922812.

How can I inspect a gift-wrapped item without causing damage to the wrapping?

We suggest gently sliding off the ribbon or sticker rather than tearing the packaging. This allows you to rewrap it neatly afterward.

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery/ You can Get Next Day Delivery.

International Delivery

For international delivery, we use Royal Mail international tracked which has estimated delivery of 5-7 working days. Depending on the country's custom, this might take a little longer. Please allow up to 15 working days for any potential delays that may occur during shipping.

Do I need to pay customs and duties charges?

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs or duty fees applied by their country.

How do I return an item? – UK

Email info@mcecollections.com to request a return within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return an item? – International

Please contact us first at info@mcecollections.com. We’ll guide you through the international returns process.

I paid with Klarna, how does my refund work?

Once we process your return, Klarna will update your statement and adjust your payment schedule accordingly.

We currently do not offer engraving services.
