Can I change my order details after it's been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to amend it. However, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.

 

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are carefully packed in MCE Collections branded boxes and wrapping, making them perfect for gifting.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Email info@mcecollections.com or call +44 7707922812.

How can I inspect a gift-wrapped item without causing damage to the wrapping?

We suggest gently sliding off the ribbon or sticker rather than tearing the packaging. This allows you to rewrap it neatly afterward.

I need my order urgently, can I upgrade to express delivery?

Yes! Select express delivery at checkout or email us at info@mcecollections.com to make special arrangements.
